Orders and payment
Product selection, availability, pricing, taxes, delivery charges, and the final order total are shown before payment. Checkout and payment processing are provided by Square and may also be subject to Square's terms. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we are able to fulfill it. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfill, including because of availability, delivery limitations, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing or listing error.
Made-to-order products
Our cookies are baked after an order is received. Photos are illustrative, and handmade products naturally vary in size, color, texture, chocolate distribution, and appearance. Listed package weights describe the cookie content and may be subject to reasonable production variation and applicable law.
Ingredients and allergens
Our products contain common food ingredients and may contain or come into contact with allergens. If you have a food allergy, intolerance, dietary restriction, or other medical concern, contact us before ordering. Do not consume a product if you are uncertain about its ingredients or suitability. Delivery
Delivery areas and estimated windows are shown on the site or during checkout. Timing may be affected by weather, traffic, address accuracy, access restrictions, demand, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing complete delivery details and for arranging prompt receipt and proper storage of the order.
Changes, cancellations, and order concerns
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Because products are prepared fresh, changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation begins.
